Skiing & ski touring in the Dolomites
The Dolomites in Northern Italy are fantastic for skiing and ski touring.
One of the most beautiful skiing areas in Northern Italy is the Andalo-Paganella area in the Dolomites. It offers a total of 58 kilometers of tracks and thus is suitable for every level and age. The fact that the area is compact and clear makes it the ideal destination for families with children.
The tracks of Andalo-Paganella are well prepared and there are many mountain cabins where you can have a bite and a drink at an affordable price. Because of the favourable location on a large rock tableland it is often sunny. Also you will find that there is normally enough snowfall although in lack thereof many snowcanons will solve that problem. Rates for a ski pass are below the European average. All of this makes skiing in Northern Italy very attractive!

Tourskiers have a choice of various routes in the Brenta Dolomites. Ski touring (sci-alpinism in Italian) means that you walk up to go down (off-track) beautifully. Molveno proves to be the perfect starting point for this. There are 15 different tracks set up for you. These are tours in Molveno and in the close surroundings like Passo Campo Carlo Magno and Pinzolo. Go ahead and view the many different tracks on the website of Passione Montagna or enquire more personal information and tips at our reception.
